potato & pumpkin salad
和風マヨネーズが美味しかったので、レシピを覚え書き〆(._.)
砂糖がポイントのはず。
1.じゃがいもとかぼちゃをレンジで加熱。
2.マヨネーズ大さじ2と醤油大さじ1を混ぜ合わせる。
3.混ぜ合わせたマヨネーズ醤油に砂糖小さじ1を合わせる。(A)
お好みで黒胡椒を少し。
4.加熱したじゃがいもとかぼちゃの粗熱が取れたら、(A)とあえる。
5.黒ごまをかけて出来上がり!
